What topics do you want to see covered in 2012?

As executive editor of Smart Architect, I'd love to hear from our members about the topics and ideas you'd like to see us delve into in 2012. So please, let us know what are the burning questions, innovative initiatives, and anything else that your enterprise is or wants to be engaged in, and we'll do our best to help you deal with those opportunities and challenges.

There are many, of course. I am focusing on Service Level Management and how IT shows value to the business in tangible and easy-to-understand ways while still supporting a end-to-end Business Service Model and embracing ITIL to manage IT as a business.

I would also like to see some work around moving ITIL to an IT Operations Framework and , on the other end, to a Business Process Management framework. This should be more how to and less theory.
